ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
ISO 14001 is a conformance-based Environmental Management System (EMS) built on the Total Quality Management concepts of focusing not only on what happens but why it happens. It helps identify opportunities for pollution and regulatory nonconformance prevention.
A new edition of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System was released in September of 2015. This new Standard allows a company to use a common approach and risk-based thinking to integrate its environmental management system with the requirements of other management systems such as ISO 9001:L2015.
Certification or Transition to the new ISO 14001 Standard
FY Consulting can help set up the required systems for you to achieve ISO 14001 within 6 months. If you are already ISO 14001 certified, we can also help transition your EMS to meet the requirements of the new standard.
Certification Maintenance
If you already have your certification but are resource limited, we can offer you a certification maintenance program. We will periodically visit your facility to conduct the required internal audits, facilitate the management reviews, and follow-up on any corrective actions to make sure that you successfully pass your surveillance and recertification audits.
