AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System
A new edition of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System was released in September of 2016. The new standard has been revised to incorporate the new clause structure and content of ISO 9001:2015.
Requirements
The new AS 9100D revision requires greater participation of the leadership team; introduces risk and opportunity management; puts more emphasis on setting objectives, measurement and change as well as fewer specific requirements. The new standard is also designed to enable organizations to more easily integrate their quality management system into their business processes and attain higher benefits.
Certification or Transition to the new AS9100D Standard
FY Consulting can help set up the required systems for you to achieve AS 9100D certification within 6 months. If you are already AS9100C certified, we can also help prepare your quality management system to meet the requirements of the new standard.
Certification Maintenance
If you already have your certification but are resource limited, we can offer you a certification maintenance program. We will periodically visit your facility to conduct the required internal audits, facilitate the management reviews, and follow-up on any corrective actions to make sure that you successfully pass your surveillance and recertification audits.
IATF 16949 Automotive Certification
